New Audioslave Video - Original Fire

Who are Audioslave's peers? I mean they play what can most easily be desribed as hard rock, but without any of the cliche's that go along with the term (i.e. I've never seen a video from them that featured drinking or half-naked women, instead in their latest video they include shots of Miles Davis, Iggy Pop, Johnny Cash, Dylan, The Clash, Malcolm X, Che Guevara, James Brown). Most of their songs are thought provoking and their style remains their own. I've never considered myself a huge fan, but they are definitely a band that I respect and don't turn off when heard on the radio. Plus, I loved Chris Cornell's cameo in Singles.

The new Audioslave album Revelations is due September 5th. If the internet does not lie, 2 songs from the album can currently be heard in the new Miami Vice movie, and if you have an Xbox 360 you can download a video clip of the song "Revelations".
