Madrid de Los Austrias - Para Don Alonso (Yam Who? rework)

You might have heard of Madrid de los Austrias from their remixes, along with Richard Dorfmeister, of Zero 7's "Waiting Line" or Willie Bobo's "Spanish Grease" from "Verve Remixed Vol. 1." Here's a remix of a cut from their new album, "Mas Amor," just out on Sunshine Enterprises out of Vienna.

This rework by the prolific but mysterious Yam Who? appears on a 12-inch single along with a remix of "Un Mensaje" by DJ Spinna and his Free Radikalz project. It's a fine example of Yam Who's smooth pirate soul style, perfect for a sunny 4/20 afternoon ...

I actually found the track on a cool site called clickgroove.com, which has a small but choice and growing selection of mp3s you'll probably never find on iTunes (such as entire discographies by Vienna labels like Sunshine and G-Stone and Amsterdam's 4Lux Records).
