Spymusic - Cloak

Time for some indie freshness from the soulful/jazzy beats scene.

Spymusic is a new project from Brooklyn-based producer Probe DMS and heavyweight keyboardist Jon Solo. They first gained attention worldwide with this track, "Cloak," the first single off their debut LP, "The Start of Something Big." "Cloak" was licensed for release in the UK on 2000 Black, the label headed by Dego from 4Hero. It's the most uptempo track on the album, which features an array of chilled-out gangsta beats livened up by Solo's tasteful arrangements on electric piano and synthesizers. Think Ant Banks meets Joe Zawinul, and you're onto something.
