Re:Jazz - Release Your Mind (Swell Session Re:mix)

The concept behind the "Re:Jazz Re:Mixed" album, which came out late in 2003, is pretty mind-boggling, so put the blunt down and try to follow along.

The Frankfurt, Germany-based electronica label Infracom released the Re:Jazz project earlier in 2003. It was a remix project with a twist: Instead of pumping up a track for the club, the Re:Jazz crew remade dance records in an acoustic Euro-jazz format. "Re:Jazz Re:Mixed" features top producers from throughout Europe and Japan flipping it yet again, this time in a variety of soulful, jazzy dance styles. Does that make any sense?
