Franz Ferdinand - Tell Her Tonight

In response to the news that Franz Ferdinand have won Britain's prestigious Mercury Music Prize with their debut release, here's a cut from the aformentioned album. The other nominees included Joss Stone, Snow Patrol, Keane, Belle and Sebastian, Basement Jaxx, Jamelia and rapper Ty. Last year's winner was garage star Dizzee Rascal.

Anyway, I say good call! This album is a great party record. If you haven't already heard about it, bought it, or decided that you hate it, I don't know where you have been all summer. Pick it up because it's the shits. (BTW, calling something the shits is a total EW ripoff that made me laugh hysterically the first time I read it, and it continues to amuse.)
