The Donnas - I Didn't Like You Anyway

When I feel like channeling my inner-16-year-old, I always turn to The Donnas. I wore this album out the summer of 1999. Not that I was 16 in 1999.

I was lucky enough to see them in a shitty little club with only about 10 other people after the release of Get Skintight. Their set was kind of awkward, but you could tell what they were going for. They're like the female version of The Ramones with really sharp lyrics and tight guitar licks that make you want to rock out. It's music to drink beer to. Not that I drink beer.
